Eczema
What is it?
Eczema is a common skin condition which there is no clear reason, like Psoriasis, why the condition occurs. There are certain factors which can increase the risk e.g. family history, genes, immune funtion, stress, emotional events. It is not 'catchable' but can flare up for the individual for many varied reasons e.g. chemical detergent (biological washing powder), pollen, stress, hormone levels, food, alcohol, moisturisers/soaps (if perfumed).
Sufferers also have problems absorbing fats, so it would be beneficial to up your intake.

2. May be helpful to keep diary so if you have a flare up can identify the cause, may be due to stress, food sensitivity, environment.
ShapeNoBull Overview
As we tend to say quite often you must visit your doctor first as they may be able to refer to you a specialist. Remember GPs don't know everything so push for a referral if you have already tried many suggestions from the docotr and nothing seems to be working.
