Acne is something that we will probably all suffer with at some point in our life; it occurs more so during teenage years, but there are some of us who get them at any age.
There are factors which can affect the health of your skin:

- Late nights/Lack of sleep
- Bad food
- Steroids
- Alcohol
Whatever you do your skin can give you away. Even when you pick or squeeze them they get red, sore and this makes them worse.

- The cleaner your diet the more you will help keep your skin blemish free and healthy looking.
- Stop smoking as this really dehydrates the skin.
- Cleanse your skin daily as this will get rid of dirt hidden in pores.
- Use moisturises, find the metrosexual in you, morning and night apply a suitable cream and you will notice a hige difference to your skin literally overnight.
- If you feel like you have tried everything alk to your doctor you never know it could be an infection or some type of bacteria affecting the skin.
