Stress
Stress can be caused by so many factors within today's society and especially with the economy we all worry about anything and everything.
Unfortunately stress can have a huge impact on your health, being unhappy at work, being single, money worries the list is endless.
In turn, the symptoms that may you can get from stress is enough to cause more stress:

The list can keep going on. We all get stressed at some point in our life and how you deal with it plays a huge part on the type of symptoms you get.
The first thing we would advise when dealing with stress is look at your life and you lifestyle, what is causing the stress: can it be solved by having a discussion, is something making you unhappy.
Secondly, talk to people: the more you experience something on your own the more you feel you have to deal with it on your own. When you keep something a secret that itself causes more stress!!!
