Finding the route cause helps to identify the problem and by making some small changes to your daily life such as exercising, eating healthier and reducing stress levels can have a positive impact on your libido. It's not always as straight forward to find what is causing your lack of libido; one of the main reasons is we don't like talking about our sex lives therefore will avoid going to the doctors. There are many supplements available which are renowned for increasing your libido and sexual function. Arthritis & Joint Pain
There will come a time when we all suffer with joint pain, this could be caused by a sporting injury, wear and tear, post-operation pain, illness, chronic disease and ageing.
Some joint pain can be so severe it hurts to bend the joint, so we reduce thamount we may use the joint, it is by not moving these areas in pain which can make it stiff and just adds to the pain of the joint when it is moved.
Indigestion
There must be some genetic mutation that us blokes may have, which includes gulping down food that it would actually take longer to sniff it. Personally, I blame it on my childhood coming form a very poor family where we didn't have much to eat, so as soon as we food was placed on the table you ate it as quickly as possible before one of the siblings tried to snatch it away. The problem is, as I have got older, still 'wolfing' down my food, I have now developed indigestion!
