Folic Acid

What is it?

Folic Acid is required to make S-adenosyl Methionine (SAM) which has an impact on our mood. It also stops levels of homocysteine in the blood from increasing and protects the blood vessel walls; increased levels can put you at risk of heart disease and strokes.
