White Willow
What is it?
White Willow is in fact a tree. Chinese physicians have used it for hundreds of years for medicinal purposes.
The bark of the tree contains Salicyin which is the basis of aspirin, so you are already aware of the benefits this may have on the body.
Primarily used for pain relief, White Willow may help relieve various types of pain in the body.
Where does it originate/where would it be found?
It is native to Asia and Europe so is not something that would be found in foods.
What would I take it for?

There are no exact guidelines for using White Willow but research shows doses of up to 120mg can be taken daily.
