Green Tea

What is it?

 

 

Green Tea has been used for thousands of years for medicinal purposes. It contains various flavonoids which can help inhibit the release of histamine which help reduce allergy symptoms.

It has become very well known for many trying to improve weight and overall health. from improving the immune system to improving memory and even helping remove toxins from the liver.

The main interest of Green Tea are the polyphenols called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) which is known to maintain low cholesterol as wellas speed the recovery process of heart cells: reducing damage to organs.

Where does it originate/where would it be found?

  

As Green tea is a plant it is not found in any foods. an be purchased as a single supplement or in a tea form. As resercah continues in Green Tea, it is ofetn found in health drinks, fat loss products.

Ways of taking it

 It can be drank as a tea, or you can take in as a capsule form as a single supplement such as reflex Green Tea which work great as an antioxidant.

For fat loss we would recommend taking a fat burner such as Grenade or Ener-Lean; taken in a combination can work better as a fat burner.

 How much should I take and when? 

Preferably take in the morning of before a training session. Taken late in the day can disturb sleep patterns.

Amounts of up to 500mg can be taken dail, butr ensure you check on the amount of EGCG that you are getting in your green tea that is the vital ingredient you will want.

Anything else I need to know?

We found drinking the tea on an empty stomach can make you feel sick.

The tea is an acquired taste.

Adverse Effects:
