Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant, it protects the saturated fatty acids and Vitamin A and joining to other substances which can be harmful to the body. It helps to keep red blood cells filled with pure oxygen which is carried to the heart and other organs.
| Where does it originate/where would it be found? |
It is found in the following foods:
- Almonds
- Avocado
- Cabbage Leaves (dark green)
- Muesli
- Hazelnuts
- Pine Nuts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Sweet Potato

Plus it plays a role in cell respiration of muscle; Vitamin E allows muscle and nerves to work with less oxygen so increase their endurance and stamina.
