Antioxidants are a geat way to protect the body from free radiclas which exist around us.
Origin/Where would it be found?
Various fruits and veggies are packed with antioxidants; a group of compounds that includes vitamins A, C and E.
How does it work?
Antioxidants amazingly protect us from free radicals in the air, and other pollutants. which helps reduce th ageing process of the skin, and reduce toxins from damaging the body.
What would I take it for?
They are a great way to help yourself improve the ageing process.
Different antioxidants have specific functions:
Vitamin E helps maintain healthy skin.
How can it be taken?
It can be found in various fruit, vegetables and another popular form is green tea. There are also various antioxidant formulas such as Ultimate Antioxidants. So it can be taken in capsule and tablet form. Also found in a pwder form called Antioxidants.
