St Johns Wort

 

What is it?

St Johns Wort is a herb, it is a shrubby plant, during the flowering season it produces yellow flowers. The whole plant is used to make the herbal remedy.

What would I take it for?

St Johns Wort has been used for centuries. It is well known for treating anxiety disorders and depressive symptoms such as exhaustion, insomnia, feeling low and anxiety.
