Pycnogenol
| What is it? |
Pycongenol originates from Pink Bark, this plant extract, has a huge complex of beneficial effects for the body. Pycnogenol is packed with antioxidant nutrients including bioflavonoids which has been researched for over 3 decades.
It is probably one of the strongest antioxidants. The free radicals which we are exposed to everyday damages our body and is one of the major causes of ageing and many degenerative diseases.
It also helps other nutrients such as Vitamin C and E to extend their antioxidant activity.

| Adverse Effects |
Pycnogenol needs to be taken with or after food, you may feel some stomach discomfort if taken on an empty stomach. There have been no none side effects to date so Pycnogenol is considered safe.
