Feverfew
What is it?
It is actually related to the daisy. Used to help ease the pain of migraines and joint pain, as it acts like an anti-inflammatory, so is recommended for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Its main active ingredient is parthenolide so when buying make sure it contains this so it has more of an affect on your body.
Where does it originate?
Originally native to the Balkans, but is now grownacross Europe and North America.
Where can I buy it?
Feverfew can be readily brought from a health shop.
Ways of taking it

Tablet or capsule - 380mg one or two times a day.

Tea - or open a casuple and pour contents into cup of hot water.
