Chondroitin
| What is it? |
Chondroitin Sulphate is part of a large protein molecule, this molecule is part of a chain of molecules called glycosaminoglycans. Chondroitin sulphate is the main factor of cartilage which provides structure, holds nutrients and fluid. The main source of chondroitin is animal cartilage.
Chondroitin Sulphate is 'marine' sourced or 'bovine' sourced which is derived from cattle, although research does lean towards marine sourced as a better quality of Chondroitin.
