What is it? |
Conjugated Linoleic Acid, or CLA, is an essential fatty acid, it is a slightly altered form of Linoleic Acid and is derived from Safflower oil.
Research into this supplement is ongoing by various companies, but recently there have been suggestions that CLA may help reduce the risk of cancer.
It is a naturally occuring fatty acid similar to omega 6 fayy acid Linoleic Acid.

CLA is available in capsule form; it can be found on it's own, or it may come in with a mixture of other fat burning ingredients, so please always check the label as it can come with Green Tea and caffeine which may cause a stimulant effect.

How much should I take and when? |
Intake of CLA as a weight loss supplement is up to 4500mg a day.
Although some recommendations may be as low as 50mg.
