Arachidonic Acid
| What is it? |
Arachidonic is an omega 6 fatty acid which would be found in our body, in the cell membranes and in the brain.
Arachidonic is found in breast milk, it is essential for the nervous system, to promote growth, immunity development and help prevent heart disease and arthritis.
It makes up substantial parts of red and white blood cells, skeletal muscle, heart and liver.

Arachidonic Acid could cause an increase of inflammation and may promote coronary artery disease and blood clotting.
