Water


On average we loose about 2 litres a day just through perspiration and that is without exercise and all the talking we do. As you know we can't absorb water any other way, it can only be absorbed when we drink it.

Water is important for our body's functioning and overall health. The body can survive only a few days without water but up to 2 weeks without food. If the body is dehydrated concentration can be lost, skin becomes taut and dry; wrinkles can become apparent.
