CLA is a fat burner; It is an essential fatty acid which is an altered form of Linoleic Acid. What you will find with CLA it doesn’t give you an instant hit of energy like the Ener-Lean. The CLA it will work over time as long as it is consistently. One of the most obvious first signs is a flatter stomach. The CLA will help you build lean muscle and as body fat loss is noticed, there will be muscular definition.

You would need to keep taking this product for a period of time, and we would advise taking CLA if you go to the gym and doing CV or weights. Without the physical aspect being combined with CLA you will not find significant fat loss.

This will work at various levels depending on the individual; some may notice after a few days a difference in body fat levels but others may take a few weeks.

There were a few different trials and one included taking CLA alongside another fat burner; we tried it alongside Ener-Lean. It was apparent within a couple of weeks how well the combination worked, and in which the fast pace body fat levels were reduced.

Another option we tried was taking the Ener-Lean for a period of 1 month and then rested for a month, during which time we took the CLA; although the fat loss was not as significant when taking the Ener-Lean this combination proved evidential that fat loss was continuing, as the body rested from one product we were was still able to loose body fat.
