Ener-Lean can be used for various reasons depending what you want to achieve:

The Ener-Lean formula was decided for its fat burning properties and appetite suppressants.

We found, if taken for training it should be consumed 45 minutes prior to a workout, if taken just before it kicks in too late which meant it took longer for the body to settle down so felt the need to pace, keep active and felt jittery and slightly anxious.

Taking for exercise, Ener-Lean heated the body and maintained high levels of energy during work outs and energy was sustained post workout.  

We would recommend that you take one a day to start with so you can assess if you can handle the ingredients and increase the amount, if necessary.
