Eat More - By breaking down your meal and eating it in smaller portions throughout the day, which may feel like you are eating more but is in fact the same amount, you are constantly keeping you metabolic rate at a steady pace of fat burning. By exercising for just 30 minutes a day will help. keep your metabolic rate in check. Don't feel you have to be in the gym for an hour. A short, quality workout is what you need. You could even split your training into twice a day and this will really start to change body shape at a very fast pace. Don't forget to include protein at every meal.

3. Weight Training - really is essential for fat burning. It is important for metabolic health and shaping and sculpting the body and even helping with posture. If the body is carrying more muscle it also has to work harder' hence you are fat burning as muscle is heavier than fat

Take a break from your diet/healthy eating regime - not only does it feel good to have a splurge, it also reminds you why you eat so healthily because it can cause the following day, lethargy, horrid bowel problems and general grogginess. But having a day also shocks the metabolism as it has got used to your regime. Give it a scare and it can get fired up again.
