dysfunction. A study undertaken
highlighted that men who exercised for 2 ½ hours a week and waistlines were 40 inches and less usually maintained normal erection function. There is also a possibility hat tummy fat could be linked to depression which again can cause a negative impact on your sex drive.
So, that over hanging belly is not only unhealthy but also bad for the sex life; it may just be about time to swap that beer for a protein shake. If you desire to be a stallion in the bedroom once again, like you were in your younger days, you will more then likely need to be making some changes. There are a few things you can do right now to start making a difference.
Start by analysing your lifestyle; there are things you can change straight away such as cutting down on the amount of alcohol you drink, changing what you eat swap a cippy sandwich for salad and chicken and start exercising.
By making small changes to your lifestyle, and changing the routine of how you live, won't come as too drastic. By slowly changing your daily routine you will begin to notice big changes.
No one can get rid of the belly fat, except for you. If you are serious about losing weight, it will make a huge change to your overall health, carrying less weight will mean more energy, and less at risk of heart disease, diabetes and other health risks related to carrying too much body fat.
Don't make excuses and wait for next week or next month, decide to take action today. Remember only you can make the changes.
