Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is more commonly known in the body building world as bitch tits! Gynecomastia can occur in men when Androgen (male hormones) levels reduce and oestrogen levels rise.
The drop in male hormone levels can be caused by a number of factors;
however in the sport of body building it's commonly due to the excessive use of androgenic steroids. therefore, eventually most synthetic male hormones convert to oestrogen and on cessation of them you are left with female hormone and once you get 'bitch tits it can be a lot more hassle to get rid of them. This conversion can be blocked by oestrogen receptor blockers like Nolvadex, this is a drug which we cannot condone. There are other products available on the market such as Esto Suppress.
Post Cycle Therapy is crucial if you go down the drug route to build muscle. Oestrogen suppression should begin, at least, around half way through an 8 week cycle to ensure you dont miss the safety window.
